Back Roll (33cm)

To use the Lotus Wheel for your back, place the 33cm, 27cm or 17cm wheel on the floor and slowly lean onto it with the wheel aligned along your spine. Neck Roll (12cm)

Place the 12cm Lotus Wheel on the floor and lie down so the wheel rests at the base of your skull. Glute Roll (12cm)

Harder than I expected

I was expecting the wheels to have a bit more “give” in them but they are really hard. I will need to get used to them before I know how effective they will be long term.

Better than a normal roller in some ways

I might be using it wrong but it certainly does help to get into some new spots... better than a roller in terms of the angles you can get but be careful to balance - especially on the largest roller...
