Back Roll (33cm)

To use the Lotus Wheel for your back, place the 33cm, 27cm or 17cm wheel on the floor and slowly lean onto it with the wheel aligned along your spine. Neck Roll (12cm)

Place the 12cm Lotus Wheel on the floor and lie down so the wheel rests at the base of your skull. Glute Roll (12cm)

Quad Roll (12cm)
